*Thermal imaging scan of the interior of the home included with every inspection! Thermal imaging helps to find hidden water leaks, and missing insulation.

*Zip Level inspection is provided with every home inspection! A Zip Level inspection measures the foundation to note the different elevations at each corner of the home. This tool assures that you know exactly where the foundation has moved and by how much.

*Drone inspection for inaccessible roofs, and *40' camera pole for areas that are hard to get up to! We strive to get on to every roof, but if we can't then we have a drone to take pictures of a roof, and all the roof components!

*Sprinkler System Inspection will be conducted on every home inspection that has a system available. We will check controller, backflow preventer, rain sensor, sprinkler heads, and the functionality of each zone.
